A death is declared at the record office and the closing procedure is applied. The row is not deleted; a closing row is opened and points to the earlier one. The record number is written on the gravestone. The ledger row is the number on the stone. This service is carried out only at Valen record offices. No online application is taken.
The procedure is published in full — who declares, where, and within how many days. This is not a lack; a fake login would be a lie.
