Workplace and tax declarations are made at the House of Treasury and Craft. The declaration is written; the ledger row opens with it. Declarations are tested by the Random Verification procedure; a tested row is published together with its result. This service is carried out only at Valen record offices. No online application is taken.
The procedure is published in full — who declares, where, and within how many days. This is not a lack; a fake login would be a lie.
