The right of return is unconditional. The returner states at the record office that their record continues; the row waiting for them in the ledger is already open. There is no waiting, no condition, no test. The way is open to anyone whose record is open — art. 30. This service is carried out only at Valen record offices. No online application is taken.
The procedure is published in full — who declares, where, and within how many days. This is not a lack; a fake login would be a lie.
